The prosecution says the man kept cocaine at his Palma home and sold it between September and December 2022, making deliveries by scooter. A search of the home found around 300 grams of cocaine and roughly the same amount of cutting agent. Prosecutors value the seized substances at more than €100,000.

According to the prosecution, the man has been convicted of drug trafficking in Palma and Eivissa at least three times before. It is treating those convictions as a serious aggravating factor in the case.
