Mallorca weather cools; Balearic showers possible
Responsible for this content: Frank Menze
Mallorca, in Spain’s Balearic Islands, cools on Saturday, 24 October: highs and lows fall across the islands, while showers may reach their north.
The Spanish State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) expects mostly settled weather under high pressure, with moderate westerly winds across the Balearics. Any showers in the northern islands will generally be moderate.
The wave warnings are for five parts of Spain’s northern mainland — Asturias, Cantabria, Catalonia, Galicia and the Basque Country — not the Balearics. Tarragona, in Catalonia, also has a wind warning.
