Inca, Mallorca, is lining up more than 60 private security guards for the festive evening and Dijous Bo. The town council finalised its security plan on Tuesday, 20 October, for three fairs, Dimecres Bo and Dijous Bo. Inca’s local police will add their own officers to the service during the three fairs, police chief Miquel Llabrés said. The town also plans special traffic arrangements and new parking areas near key locations.

Mayor Virgilio Moreno said Inca receives many visitors during these weeks and that the services involved need to work together. The council says the plan aims to help residents and visitors take part in the scheduled activities safely.
