Endesa wins four awards as shop network expands

Four awards for Endesa: the energy company says its customer service, online sales and phone sales have won recognition as it expands its shops across Spain and Portugal. Endesa announced the awards in Madrid on 5 November 2026. They came at the 27th Customer Relations Excellence Awards, organised by the Spanish Association of Customer Relations Experts, iFAES and IZO.

Two awards recognised Endesa’s online and telephone sales projects. The other two were for its commercial and digital customer relations. Endesa said the prizes recognised its work to improve customers’ experience.

The company has also opened more than 130 new Puntos Endesa shops in Spain and Portugal. Its network now has more than 360 shops in Spain and 25 in Portugal, and Endesa says the expansion will continue during 2026.
