Mallorca: five estate agencies damaged, women face judge
Five estate agency offices in Santa Maria, Mallorca, have been vandalised: two young women are due before a judge in Palma at 09.30 on Tuesday, 27 October. The Palma Court of Instance’s Investigation Section 12 summoned them at their lawyer’s request.
The two activists are under investigation on suspicion of criminal damage and an offence against historical heritage. They were arrested on 15 July after several complaints about the damage.
After their arrest, they chose not to give statements to the Guardia Civil or the court, then were released. Tuesday’s hearing is set to be the first time they give their account.
