Mallorca estate agency vandalism: two women to testify
Damage to five estate agencies in Santa Maria, Mallorca, brings two women before a Palma court next Tuesday. They are under investigation on suspicion of vandalising the businesses and are due to testify at 09.30.
The Palma Court of First Instance’s investigating section, court 12, summoned the women at their lawyer’s request. After their arrest on 15 July, both chose not to give evidence to the Civil Guard or in court. They were then released.
Several complaints followed the vandalism. The two activists are under investigation on suspicion of criminal damage and an offence against historical heritage.
