Mallorca estate agency vandalism: two women to see judge
Damage to five estate agencies in Santa Maria, Mallorca, brings two women suspected of vandalism before a judge in Palma on Tuesday. They are due to give their account of what happened for the first time.
A Palma investigating court has summoned them for 09.30 after their lawyer requested the hearing. Following their arrest on 15 July, both women exercised their right to remain silent with the Guardia Civil and in court. They were then released.
Several complaints about the vandalism led to the investigation. The two women, described as activists, are suspected of criminal damage and an offence against historical heritage.
