Mallorca: Feijóo joins PP pre-election event in Palma

Mallorca’s capital, Palma, hosts a pre-election event on Monday: Spanish People’s Party (PP) leader Alberto Núñez Feijóo will appear alongside the party’s Balearic leader, Marga Prohens. The event is scheduled for 19.00 at the Pueblo Español.
Marga Durán, the PP’s campaign coordinator in the Balearics, says Feijóo’s visit shows the islands matter to the party’s national plans and its commitment to their demands. Madrid mayor José Luis Martínez Almeida was in Palma last Friday, three days before Feijóo’s visit.
