Mallorca: Fergus adds Alcúdia hotel to reach 23
Fergus now has 23 hotels on Mallorca: it has taken over management of the 208-room Fergus Bamboo Alcudia at the port of Alcúdia, Mallorca. The four-star property brings the Spanish group’s total to 40 hotels, the company said on 5 November 2026. It is Fergus’s first hotel in the Bay of Alcúdia.
The hotel stands beside Lake Esperanza and was previously called THB Bamboo Alcudia. Calena Partners still owns it; Fergus runs it under a management agreement. The companies already work together at the five-star Fergus Style Tobago in Palmanova, Mallorca.
Recently refurbished, the Alcúdia hotel has double rooms and suites, two pools, a buffet restaurant, a pool bar and a gym. It also has space for cyclists, meetings and events.
The deal follows other additions to the Fergus portfolio: three hotels in Cala Major, Mallorca, one in Puerto de Andratx, Mallorca, and one in Puerto de Pollença, Mallorca. Across its brands, the group markets more than 16,000 hotel places in the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Andalusia and Catalonia.
