PSOE confirms Ciutadella mayor Ferrer for 2027

Llorenç Ferrer will seek another term as mayor of Ciutadella, Menorca, after PSOE confirmed him this week as its candidate for the 2027 municipal elections. The sitting mayor and councillor said on Thursday that he wants to keep serving the town.

Ferrer said his links with Ciutadella stretch across different areas and associations. During the current term, he said, his roles as mayor and councillor had given him a close view of the municipality’s needs, as well as the hopes and concerns of its people.

He said he was putting himself forward for PSOE’s municipal project with commitment and affection for Ciutadella. His aim, he added, is to remain close to the town’s citizens.
