Formentera power cut hits 371 Endesa customers
Responsible for this content: Frank Menze
Storms cut power to 371 Endesa customers on the island of Formentera on 19 October. A fault on the island caused the outage, the company says. Endesa has repaired it and says electricity will return to those affected shortly.
The company describes the outage as affecting close to 400 customers; its precise figure is 371. The repair is complete, but Endesa’s update says the affected customers have yet to get their power back. It does not say how long the supply has been interrupted.
