The plan covers L’Àguila on Plaça del Marquès del Palmer, designed by Gaspar Bennazar, and the Santa Catalina mills at 11 and 13 Carrer de la Indústria. It also includes Can Salas, Casa de Josefa Mayol, Can Llofriu and Can Palmer in the Eixample district, as well as the Misericòrdia building.

The council says it will choose cleaning methods to suit each building’s features and level of protection, so the work preserves protected architectural details.
