Menorca: 5,820 holiday rental listings online

Menorca has 5,820 short-term holiday rental listings on Airbnb and Booking.com, placing the island 64th among 74 Spanish destinations tracked by the Hauspost STR Index on 7 September 2026.

Airbnb carries 3,679 of the adverts, while Booking.com has 2,141. But Hauspost says the total may include the same property listed on both sites, so it does not necessarily mean there are 5,820 separate places to stay.

Menorca ranks 64th across Europe

Menorca also ranks 64th among 332 tourist destinations in 18 European countries covered by the index. It records 58.8 listings for every 1,000 inhabitants.

Hauspost counts independent properties and residential accommodation offered for short stays as short-term rentals. Traditional accommodation businesses and listings for individual rooms are excluded.
