Ten tourists say cash and wallets vanished from locked hotel rooms in Cala Millor, Mallorca, while they were at dinner on Thursday between 19.00 and 20.00.
Most of those reporting the thefts said they were close to the end of their holidays. An older woman said around €750 had been taken from her room.
The travellers say money and wallets were the main items missing. It is not known how many rooms may have been affected.
Hotel sources told Europa Press that none of the rooms had signs of being forced open. The case is now with the Local Police and the Guardia Civil.
