Housing decree delays Spain's cabinet by an hour

Madrid, Spain: The cabinet meeting starts an hour late on Tuesday, 29 September, as the governing parties negotiate a decree-law on housing measures. Ministers begin meeting after 10.30am, sources at the government's Moncloa headquarters confirm.
Talks between PSOE and Sumar have run into the morning. Sumar wants the decree-law to regulate the letting of individual rooms and automatically extend rental contracts.
