The programme covers changes to property ownership law, practical problems with renting homes and the State Housing Plan for 2026–2030. Legal specialists, fire service experts and insurance representatives will also discuss emerging social problems in residential buildings, along with ways for property owners’ communities to prevent and handle damage incidents.

The pressures of the job are on the agenda too. Psychiatrist Luis Gutiérrez Rojas will speak about professional motivation, managing stress and coping with exhaustion at work.
