National Police shut down the alleged operation in February 2023 and arrested the suspects. Officers seized 120 grams of heroin and 219 grams of cocaine, which prosecutors value at a combined 24,676 euros. They also found equipment used to prepare the drugs.

Prosecutors accuse the ten defendants of drug trafficking and belonging to a criminal organisation. They seek eight years in prison for each of three defendants and five years each for the other seven. According to the prosecution, three ran the sales point and collected the money. Another kept watch, two handled deliveries and three guarded the house.
