Ibiza port open day postponed after snap election call

The Port of Eivissa on Ibiza is postponing its 17 October open day: a call for snap elections means the event will not go ahead as planned. The Balearic Islands Port Authority says it needs to comply with electoral rules during the election period.
The authority is working to set a new date. The open day is intended to bring people closer to the port and show them the activities, services and organisations that make up Eivissa’s port community.
