In Inca, Mallorca, the council has resurfaced three streets and the access to Camí de les Cimenteres: more roadworks are due in the coming days. The finished streets are Salut, Valella and Fonteta. The council announced the work on 2 October.

The work is part of Inca’s annual resurfacing plan. The council targets roads with worn surfaces or paving that needs replacing, aiming to improve their condition and make driving easier.

Mayor Virgili Moreno said street maintenance must be continuous. The council expects to put another resurfacing project out to tender soon. It also plans smaller repairs as problems are found, particularly to fix potholes.
