The other Balearic rental homes break down by size: 22.1% measure between 91 and 120 square metres, 23.6% between 61 and 90 square metres, and 5.7% less than 60 square metres.

The islands rank second when Spain’s provinces are compared instead. Only Teruel has a higher share of rental homes above 120 square metres, at 66.7%.
