Mallorca’s Son Sant Joan airport expects 831 flights to land or take off on Monday, 12 October 2026 — 13.3% fewer than on the same day in 2025. Across the Balearic Islands, the total is 1,210 flights, down 14.3% year on year, according to figures from Aena.
Eivissa airport on Ibiza expects 275 flights. Its 16.4% fall is the steepest of the three airports. Menorca is due to handle 104 arrivals and departures, 16.1% fewer than in 2025. Mallorca still has the most flights, but all three islands have fewer scheduled than on the equivalent day last year.
