Mallorca election: 679,426 can vote for Senate
Mallorca, in Spain’s Balearic Islands, has 679,426 people eligible to vote for the Senate on 29 November. Across the islands, 38,263 voters living in Spain can take part in a general election for the first time.
A total of 870,718 people can vote across the Balearic Islands, according to figures released on Friday by Spain’s National Statistics Institute. Of those, 828,603 live in Spain and 42,115 abroad.
The first-time general election voters have turned 18 since the previous vote for Spain’s parliament on 23 July 2023. Election cards will be sent from 2 November, telling voters which polling station and voting table to use.
