On Mallorca, People’s Party senator María Salom Coll lists up to 10 homes, eight business premises and 20 parking spaces in her property declaration. Europa Press reported the figures on 3 October 2026 after reviewing Spanish senators’ declarations. Salom is among the senators with the largest declared property holdings.

Her declaration includes a flat with a storeroom and parking space, and a property containing two business premises and four flats. Some of the other properties belong to an unlisted company or other entity in which she has a stake. At the start of the parliamentary term, she declared 22,932.22 euros in rental income.

Across the Senate, 266 members have declared 529 homes. Of those senators, 148 — or 56% — list more than one home. Senators file their declarations when they take office and can update them during the term. They must state how much of each property they hold and whether they inherited or bought it.
