Mallorca weather: heavy storms give way to showers

Mallorca and the rest of the Balearic Islands face showers and thunderstorms on Tuesday 20 October, locally strong or very strong. The sky is expected to stay covered at first, before the cloud breaks up in the afternoon. An isolated shower is still possible then, according to Spain’s state weather agency, Agencia Estatal de Meteorología (Aemet).
Daytime temperatures are set to fall, while night-time temperatures change little. Light to moderate winds from the south will turn westerly in the morning.
