17 migrants reach Formentera as Balearics total hits 159

A boat carrying 17 migrants reached the Faro de la Mora area of Formentera on Wednesday. Guardia Civil officers located the group near the lighthouse. The boat arrived at about 17.30, according to the Spanish Government Delegation in the Balearic Islands.
The people aboard were from the Maghreb.
Their arrival takes the number of migrants reaching different parts of the Balearic Islands on Wednesday to 159.
