Ontime registers €100m long-term bond programme

Ontime Corporate Union has registered a long-term bond programme worth up to €100 million on 23 September 2026, opening a new route for the logistics company to raise money beyond its short-term debt. The programme is listed on MARF, Spain’s alternative fixed-income market. Bolsas y Mercados Españoles, the operator of MARF, reported the registration.

Ontime had previously used the market for short-term promissory notes. Its programme, first registered in 2021, has a maximum value of €200 million.

Banca March is acting as placement agent, payment agent and registered adviser for the new issue. The programme follows the International Capital Market Association’s Sustainability-Linked Bond Principles and has an independent “Second Party Opinion” from Valora Consultores de Gestión.

Ontime reported revenue of €1,056.3 million in 2025 and EBITDA of €103.6 million. EthiFinance Ratings gives the company a BB rating with a stable outlook.

Cuatrecasas advised Ontime on legal matters, while Garrigues advised Banca March in its roles on the deal. Bondholders represents investors as commissioner for the issue.
