Palma police arrest suspect after bound man found hurt

A man is found injured and tied up on a road in s'Aranjassa, Palma, on Wednesday. Spain’s National Police have arrested one suspect over a possible attempted kidnapping. The man is accused of unlawful detention.
The daughter of the injured man contacted police after her father got in touch with her. Sources close to the case said he told her that several people had left him in the street.
Detectives look for possible accomplices
The National Police’s robbery unit has taken over the inquiry to establish what happened. Detectives are keeping the investigation open because others may have been involved.
