According to the prosecution, the man approached a woman he did not know from behind and touched her bottom without her consent. He then allegedly went to a girl who was sitting on the bus and repeatedly rubbed his genitals against her upper thigh.

The First Section of the Balearic Islands Provincial Court will hold the preliminary hearing at 09.30 on Tuesday. The defendant is barred from using EMT Palma buses.
