Palma, Mallorca: Housing costs €4,351 per square metre in the second quarter of 2026, while property sales fall 24.96% from a year earlier. Property valuer Gloval counts 1,031 sales and ranks Palma fourth among Spain’s provincial capitals for price per square metre. It says the city’s housing market is slowing.
