Palma house prices: AI predicts 1% rise by year-end
Palma, Mallorca: home purchase prices could rise 1% in the final three months of 2026, according to a forecast released on Thursday. Property portal Fotocasa’s AI-powered DataVenues buying-price forecast covers 1 October to 31 December. It puts Palma among the Spanish provincial capitals with the smallest predicted increases.
María Matos, Fotocasa’s head of research, says Palma’s forecast rise is one of the lowest among cities where prices are expected to go up. The portal does not expect purchase prices in Palma to fall during the quarter.
Across Spain, Fotocasa predicts rises in 42 provincial capitals, with the biggest gains mainly in Castilla-La Mancha and Castilla y León. It expects prices to fall in Granada, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Alicante. Six other capitals, including Madrid, are forecast to see no change.
