Mallorca: 2,762 tech job ads in Palma, led by big data

Palma, Mallorca, records 2,762 tech job adverts in 2025: big data leads with 400. Web development follows with 248 adverts, then cloud services with 243. The figures come from a Mobile World Capital Barcelona report published on Wednesday, 4 November 2026.

The report counts 4,374 information and communications technology professionals in Palma. Nearly 2,300 work in web and app development, the largest group by speciality.

Across Spain, tech job adverts reach 282,367 in 2025, up 9.4% on the previous year. But the change is uneven: adverts aimed at experienced professionals rise by 15.4%, while those for entry-level roles fall by 25.2%. The report does not say whether Palma follows that pattern.
