Mallorca: Palma water pressure drops after pipe fault

Palma, Mallorca: A broken pipe leaves homes and businesses in several neighbourhoods with low water pressure from 08.30 on Sunday, 27 September. Palma City Council says the fault is on Salard street. Emaya crews are working on the pipe and expect to finish repairs around 17.00.
The affected areas include Rafal Nou, Rafal Vell, El Molinar, Coll d’en Rabassa, es Pil·larí, s’Arenal, Can Pastilla and Son Malferit, as well as the area around the Estadi Balear. In most cases, the problem is reduced water pressure. Emaya says it cannot yet count how many people and businesses are affected because the area is so large.
