Property agents across Spain are set for a 3% pay rise in 2026: employers and unions have agreed new national pay scales for the sector. The Federation of Real Estate Business Associations (Fadei) announced the deal with the CCOO and UGT unions on 27 October.

The increase covers basic pay, supplements for qualifications and length-of-service allowances. It also applies to the other pay and non-pay items listed in the national agreement for property management and agency firms.

The deal ends the 2026 pay talks. The new scales will become compulsory for every company covered by the agreement once they are published in Spain's Official State Gazette.
