Mallorca rental pressure: Inca ahead of Palma

Inca, Mallorca, had the strongest demand for rental homes in the Balearics in the second quarter of 2026, according to property portal Idealista. The town ranked ahead of Palma for pressure from would-be tenants on the homes available to rent. Inca’s advertised rent stood at 12.9 euros per square metre.
Idealista said provincial capitals recorded the greatest rental pressure on available homes in fewer than half of the provinces it analysed. In the rest, at least one other town faced stronger demand than the provincial capital.
