Rotana La Reserva has opened a new five-star hotel in Mallorca’s interior.

24 rooms and suites in a manor house

The hotel has 24 rooms and suites in a 17th-century manor house. It is located between the municipalities of Manacor, Artá and Santa Margarita.

Vineyards, vegetable gardens and flocks of sheep

The historic estate covers more than 200 hectares. Its grounds include vineyards and vegetable gardens, with flocks of sheep also kept on the property.

Agritourism and golf

The estate also includes Es Mayolet, an agritourism property with ten rooms. A private nine-hole golf club is also part of the estate.

Ownership changes and history

Juan Ramón Theler and Princess Loretta zu Sayn-Wittgenstein bought the estate in 1997 with plans to turn it into agritourism accommodation. In 2025, investors from Singapore acquired the property with the aim of relaunching it, including the new hotel.
