Second location after Marbella

Following its recent launch in Marbella, Mallorca is Saltao’s second location. The brand belongs to Azotea Grupo.

Developed by father and daughter

The concept was developed by Víctor Gutiérrez together with his daughter, Paula Gutiérrez. Víctor Gutiérrez is the chef at Tayta, Spain’s only Peruvian restaurant with a Michelin star, while Paula Gutiérrez was named Best Female Chef of the Year 2026.

Azotea Grupo at Club de Mar-Mallorca

Azotea Grupo was selected to lead the food and beverage offering at Club de Mar-Mallorca. The group’s portfolio includes more than 15 projects across Madrid, Andalusia and the Balearic Islands.
