Mallorca rescue: crews save two seniors at Cúber

Firefighters rescued two older people near sa Torreta at Cúber reservoir on Mallorca on Thursday. The woman showed signs of dehydration, while the man had a wound to his head. Mallorca Fire Service sent its sa Milana helicopter to the area at about 18.20.
The couple were close to the sa Torreta zone when crews went to help. Both were evacuated to Son Espases Hospital after the rescue. The fire service said the helicopter had flown to that point on the island to assist the pair, who were then taken to hospital.
