Mallorca holidays: Soltour offers 30-day cancellations
Mallorca holidays booked through Soltour can be cancelled up to 30 days before departure under a September promotion, although some costs are excluded. The operator’s Happiness Sales campaign runs from 7 to 18 September and covers travel until 30 April 2027. Mallorca is included alongside Tenerife and Caribbean destinations.
Soltour says bookings can be cancelled without a charge within that 30-day window. Management fees, non-refundable air fares and services carrying special conditions are not included.
The offer also includes hotel stays for children that are free or heavily discounted. In the Caribbean, the campaign covers the Dominican Republic, Mexico and Jamaica.
Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts, for which Soltour is the exclusive distributor, has also introduced two hotel categories. Explore is aimed at family or group trips, while Escape is for adults-only stays.
Luis Santos, Soltour’s commercial director, said the campaign was designed to help customers book with confidence that their investment is protected if unexpected events arise. He said it also gives travel agencies a sales tool built around more secure booking arrangements.
