Seven aircraft at Mallorca’s Son Bonet face auction

Responsible for this content: Frank Menze

Seven aircraft at Son Bonet airfield on Mallorca are heading for public auction after being legally presumed abandoned. Spain’s official state gazette, the Boletín Oficial del Estado (BOE), publishes the auction notice on Tuesday, 3 November. The presumption of abandonment applies to all seven aircraft.

The sale splits them into two lots rather than offering them together. One lot contains three aircraft and the other contains four, according to the gazette. The auction tender sets the deadline for submitting offers.
