Mallorca storms may be strong in places today

Mallorca, in Spain’s Balearic Islands, could see locally strong showers and thunderstorms on Wednesday, 7 October. Spain’s State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) forecasts cloudy or overcast skies across the islands before the cloud breaks up during the afternoon. An occasional shower is still possible later.
Night-time temperatures rise, while daytime temperatures fall. South-westerly winds are light to moderate.
