Toledo train crash: Ibiza postpones housing event

On the Spanish island of Ibiza, the council postpones a housing and land-use event planned for Wednesday, 28 October 2026, after a train crash in Toledo, Spain. It also invites its members and staff to join a minute’s silence for the victims at 20.00.
The Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces has called for the silence outside town halls across the country. The council thanks emergency services, security forces and other professionals working in the area of the crash.
