UGT wins all five seats at PreZero Formentera

At PreZero Formentera, UGT wins all five seats on the works council: for the first time, every worker representative belongs to the union. Staff voted on Tuesday, 27 October, UGT said in a statement.
The union previously held two of the three worker representative posts. It says the new result backs its work in recent years on workers’ rights, negotiations and working conditions.
UGT’s next aim is to negotiate the company’s 2027 collective agreement. The union says the process faces a continuing dispute because the council has refused to shift its position.
