Digital records are a main focus. The universities are looking at how they process files, connect computer systems and store documents. They are also examining the legal standing of anti-harassment rules and codes of ethics. The University of Cantabria has shared measures to remove unnecessary administrative demands.

For the Balearic university, the aim is simpler procedures, not fewer safeguards. Carot says sharing solutions between universities can help make their processes clearer and more effective.
