On Ibiza, a minute of silence on Thursday, 29 October, honours the victims of Wednesday’s train crash in Urda (Toledo). Political representatives, workers and members of the public gather outside the headquarters of the Consell d’Eivissa, Ibiza’s island council, for the tribute.

The council says it called the gathering as a mark of respect and grief. Politicians and employees join other citizens in the silence outside its headquarters, a day after the accident in Urda.
