20,000 advisers: luxury travel deal goes global
More than 20,000 advisers in the Virtuoso network are set to gain access to Bedsonline’s full luxury travel range under an expanded worldwide deal. HBX Group announced the move in Madrid on 24 September, taking a partnership that has run in North America for more than 25 years global. The offer includes Bedsonline’s luxury collection of selected hotels.
Advisers will be able to build tailor-made trips through one system, combining accommodation, transfers, experiences, car hire and mobility services. They will also have access to The Luxurist concierge service.
Virtuoso has more than 2,800 preferred travel partners alongside its adviser network. HBX Group says the wider deal will help connect its hotel and travel partners with specialist advisers internationally, while extending the reach of Bedsonline’s premium offer.
HBX Group Chief Distribution Officer David Amsellem called the expansion “an important milestone for both organisations”. Virtuoso’s Cory Hagopian said Bedsonline had been a valuable partner in North America and that the global move would create new links between preferred partners and advisers.
