Menorca flights: Volotea carries over 8,000 passengers

More than 8,000 passengers use Volotea’s flights between Vitoria Airport and Menorca in summer 2026, the airline says, counting travel in both directions. Volotea reports the figure on Tuesday, 27 October 2026, as it gives a positive assessment of the route.
The airline operated the connection from June to September, running more than 70 flights between the two airports. Flights were fullest in August. The passenger total covers the whole route: it is not a count of people flying to Menorca alone, or of those flying back to Vitoria alone.
