Sant Lluís ends water restrictions but urges saving

The municipality of Sant Lluís is lifting its summer water restrictions: its drought committee agrees on Monday, 2 November, to remove the limits but urges everyone to keep saving water.
Environment deputy mayor Chiara Berini says the council must weigh the effect of restrictions on local businesses and professionals against the need to protect water supplies. She says people still need to use water responsibly.
The council says lifting the restrictions does not mean the water problem is over. It will keep watching supplies and bring back measures if the situation requires them.
