Mallorca weather: Monday heat brings tropical nights
Responsible for this content: Frank Menze
Mallorca warms up again on Monday, with some parts of the Balearics facing a tropical night — one in which the temperature does not fall below 20 degrees. Low cloud and isolated banks of morning fog may also pass over the island before skies clear.
The rise in daytime temperatures forms part of a warmer Monday across Spain's archipelagos, according to the State Meteorological Agency, Aemet. It forecasts mainly settled, dry weather across most of the country, while Mallorca may see intervals of low cloud early in the day. Aemet expects those clouds and any patchy fog to lift as the day goes on.
