Ibiza weather warning could shut Eivissa parks Sunday

Parks and playgrounds in Eivissa on Ibiza could close on Sunday: the city council says it will shut them if an orange warning for rain and thunderstorms remains in force. Weather agency Aemet issued the warning. Public gardens and outdoor sports facilities would also close.
Outdoor sports competitions and other planned council activities outside would be suspended. The closures would stay in place until the weather improves and public safety can be assured.
