I COULD MADLY FALL INTO BED WITH YOU – 1st Amateur Theatre Competition

Performance of “PODRIA CAURE BOJAMENT AL LLIT AMB TU” by Batall Teatre as part of the 1st Amateur Theatre Competition at Teatre de Petra. SYNOPSIS: “Podria caure bojament al llit amb tu” draws on texts by Quim Monzó published in “El perquè de tot plegat”, interwoven with monologues by Woody Allen. It could be described as a macro-comedy of everyday mini-tragedies. It is a restrained work, with moments of humour and irony, but in a sarcastic, even bitter tone. It tells stories of honesty, submission, ego, infidelity, understanding, sincerity, rapport, love, faith, passion, jealousy and desire.
